Certifications and training

As a standard policy at Mantala, we deliver ongoing training to staff, including training programs set by partners. Furthermore, when certifications programs are available, we get our staff certified to ensure the quality of our professional services.

Support channels

Users can submit support requests either online, by email or by phone.

Knowledge Base

We manage and deliver a 2-Tier Knowledge Base with articles in English and Italian segmented by product and topic. The first tier is the Public Knowledge Base, available on public websites. The second tier is a the Knowledge Base available in the Customer Portal. If you're a client and don't have access to the Customer Portal, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll create a nre usernamen for you.

Customer Portal

Users get access to our customer portal, where they can submit, manage & track support requests, as well as they can find additional Knowledge Base articles, documentation and information.

Email

Please, go to the Contact Details page and select the most appropriate email address for you support request.
We offer 3 main routings - technical support; customer service, billing - plus other options.

Phone

Toll-Free number for technical support is available in Italy, Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00, local time in Rome.
For any other customer service request, please contact the standard phone number of your local office.


Suggestions

  • Search the Knowledge Base.
  • If you don't find a solution, gather information about the problem you encountered. Please, attach all docs that can be useful for analysis, like screenshots, error messages, etc.
  • Describe the steps you were performing while encountering the problem, as well as the goal of your process and the priority & severity of the issue.
  • Select the most appropriate support channel. Recommended channel: online. Then, email.
  • Submit and track the support request.

We strongly recommend to submit support requests online, or by email. These options ensure a better routing, enabling our staff to provide a faster feedback.
On top of that, our online support management system provides real time status tracking, and tools for documentation sharing with the support team.


Interactive online support sessions

Mantala has adopted GoToMeeting® to enhance its remote-support operations, solve problems in less time, deliver support/training sessions - no matter where the user is located.
The use of GoToMeeting® can either be requested by users or it can be suggested by the support team.
